We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our policy permits exchanges only.
We at my & mi strive to ensure that every piece meets our highest quality standards. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange it for you or provide a credit note that is eligible for customers next purchase within 30 days of initiating the return. Returned product will be inspected at our facility before initiating an exchange or credit note.
Eligibility for exchange :
Product can be exchanged if it meets the following conditions:
◦ An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email- We will send you the correct item as per your order confirmation mail.
◦ The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect- You can place a request for same product, same size.
◦ Size issue - Please note that for every item , size exchange is possible once only. You can request for a different size of same product.
◦ The returned product is unused, unworn and the original tags are attached and intact.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange :
Products are not eligible for returns in case of following conditions:
◦ Any product that is altered , soiled or damaged and has not been reported within 72 hrs. of delivery will be considered not eligible for return or exchange.
◦ Customized products.
◦ Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. However of the incorrect item is delivered or any manufacturing defect is there in the product , it will be eligible for returns even if on sale.
How to Request an Exchange :
◦ To initiate an exchange, please use WhatsApp help-desk or via email at contact@myandmi.com or call +91 9560757310 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) for returns and exchanges.
◦ Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Processing Time :
◦ Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange after quality check of your return items or initiate the credit note. Normally it's take 8-10 days
